Sweet Spot Recommendations

For cold weather, I recommend a breathable, moisture-wicking synthetic or merino-wool base layer instead of a standard shirt. You can then wear a fleece mid layer directly over the base layer.

For warm or hot weather, I recommend a light, thin, breathable, moisture-wicking synthetic shirt. For protection against ticks, choose a long-sleeved shirt or hoodie, and treat it with permethrin. White shirts stay cooler in the sun and make it easier to spot ticks.
